since you are talking gold, just take either adept ( regular human or phoenix) you have which yours are at level 18 already.
biotics are overpowered 
since the BE damage percentage scales with difficulty, you can even get by with using a lvl1 shuriken and never fire it the whole game. you dont really need equipment or gear either.
of course it might suck obviously if you are the only biotic on the team, but it can still be doable.
make sure you nuke spawns too

Although this item is shown in the Inventory screen as Uncommon, I'm pretty sure that if you look in the store code it's actually a Common mod. The reason I'm pretty sure is that ever account I've ever started, that one got to V before any of the other Uncommons were even started.
Also, mostly what he said. Except you can't put both barrels on a rifle - I'd use the HVB and extended thermal clip. All those Infils are great. Especially the QFI with Mantis, she's close to OP.

Human Adept or Human Engineer with any light weapon. That's what I'd use anyway.
K, just did a no passives KroLord match with basic omniblade. Too bad there was so much lag in that match, as I never had such a hard time connecting melee's ever before. Also miss my Spitfire X on him very much.

Man, all the games I've played on PS3 since my return to this manifest have been extremely laggy. Combine that with a quite different feeling gamepad, and I totally feel like a new born again pug. Can anyone that has both PS3 and 360 games confirm is the PS3 games are more laggy or the same? Or am I really just running into back to back bad hosts?
K, I'm going to host my next game. Last game I tried HE with Avenger X and Drill Ammo 1. The drone is very nice and closest reminder to my most fave new kit, the Volus Merc.

This was my route, BTW. Novaguard is a build I've discovered in single-player and was pleased it also works in MP. HSol was the second character I've liked and mastered.

While you are correct, I think someone with your grasp of what is or is not obvious should not be allowed to use the word, "Obviously."

Playing HS with was not that fun for one reason. Warp misses way too much... or wants to fly into the sky instead.

I at least want my Mattock at 10 before I decide if it's time for the 99k packs. Besides, it takes no time to max my common weapons with Veteran Packs. And that way when I do get to the more expensive packs, I don't have to worry about wasting money on getting common weapons for way more money. I also enjoy the Phaeston and Locust enough to want them at X too. Mattock at X, if you can keep up the fire rate, matches Harrier 1 dps.
Things at the top of the list that I really miss of the top of my head are some Pierce Mods and Barrage Gear.

I for one use Barrage when I'm rockin' the Hurricane or Vindicator. Usually the Argus too. But it all depends how I want to use my Armor consumable (e.g. Stability vs Cyclonic)
Barrage Upgrade is good for any weapon that has wonky stability and benefits from more ammunition. I'd say that it's one of my most frequently used gear options.
