You will have to contact EA support..  If you've ever associated your gamertag with another EA account in the past it won't let you switch to a new one automatically.

This. BioWare, would you be so kind as to tell me why you can't just put your downloadable content on the marketplace like any sensible company would?

Why do I need to log into two different sites that barely function just so that I can waste two codes on a profile that for some reason didn't have my gamertag on it, even though I provided all of this information when I registered the accounts?

Fix this, BioWare. Either give me new codes, or let me re-use the ones you've wasted already.

Is it possible to transfer a DA II History on Xbox 360 from a PC version of DA and DA Origins?

It seems like an eternity since I bought Dragon Age: Origins and I know which email address I WOULD have used, but I was, for some reason, able to create an account with that very same address, and had no game data of any kind to be found (hardly surprising when it is a new account).

Come to think of it, if prompted, I probably would have used the same address back when I bought both Mass Effect games as well, although I must admit it's been a while since I last played Mass Effect so I honestly can't even remember if I registered anythoing at all.

I'm gonna have to contact bioware support...


UPDATE: I cannot actually have my Gamertag transferred, because my 15 year old self decided in that abstract mind of his to enter a random date of birth when he first played Mirrors Edge over two years ago. <_<
