As others have said, the characters and the voice acting. They are for me the highlights of DAI (and DAO).

I also realized yesterday that I really enjoy the tavern songs; they're so lovely to listen to, and also entirely appropriate for the DA atmosphere.

The Emerald Graves. So beautiful. The environments are generally very well done, though unfortunately most are rather bleak... like the Fallow Mire.

I appreciate the ability to use the controller on the PC version.

Wearing pyjamas around Skyhold, like a bad dream. Lol. No.

There are many things I like in DAI, and many things I didn't like.

- The CC is a drug. I've created today another Inquisitor because I love play with it. Yet even a feaure I really like have its problems: lack of decent eyebrows and hairstyles, horns attached to the already horrible and few hairstyles for the Qunari. hair color limitating and from it depends the eyebrows color.

- Gameplay: is very fun, at least on PS4 (where I play) even if tact cam could be better implemented, and tactics could be better. Same for skill trees. Could be better, but is fun for me.

- Crafting: is fun and quite complete, and with the chance to recolor the armour is great. But the armours are scarce in appearance, and there is the feeling of always have the same three variations of trench coat/shorted coat/short jacket between classes. More variety would be VERY appreciated. And something unique for Qunari, that already can't wear many things.

- Companions: I liked many, hated some. But all are well written. Sadly the game is so long, and it expand in so many empy of quest places, that it feels like there very few scenes with them. More scenes, expecially not those without a way to look then in the face the feels like a sidequest, while we are really talking to them, would be great and complete the characters.

- Lore: DAI is the lore fest, I find myself craving for more informations soon.

All in all, there are many things that need improvemant, (or to be eliminated, like that beige "thing" that the Inquisitor is forced to wear at Skyhold. I'm tryng not to play after Skyhold waiting for a patch/DLC to take away the Skyhold PJs. if BioWare will ever decide to just give us a toggle to wear our armour there) but I had fun with the game, and I'm waiting for more.

With a few exceptions, I really liked how all of the returning characters were written. While most of the new companions were varying shades of terrible, Bioware did a really good job at presenting our old favourites and showing us how they'd changed over the years. They even made Cullen and Warden!Loghain interesting, so props to them for that.

Also, I really liked the soundtrack as well. Not having it be more of a constant presence within the game was a stupid design choice, and I would have loved to hear some atmospheric tracks in gameplay, Skyrim-style. That said, what was there was pretty good.

- graphics
- the varied environments
- crafting
- armour and weapon customization
- dragon fights although they get progressively easy; I think all dragon levels should climb to the level of the player to make it difficult
- some new lore although I dislike the retcons in this game
- that epilogue with Solas although the ending was poop
- the siege of haven and adamant fortress

That's about it. The game is still a mighty disappointment for me.

For me its the combat. MP combat and SP combat but I have more fun playing MP. I like all the different classes you can be and the different builds you can make with the skill tree's. I like using charging bull and knocking enemies over. I like lighting mobs on fire and watching them run for the hills. I like the epic battles with huge giants and dragons. No the combats not perfect but it is fun and the most enjoyable part of the game for me.

What about DA:I do you enjoy most?

The character generation system.  I really appreciate the fact that I can customize my inquisitor and I'm not forced to play a specific character but rather given the option of building the character I want.

Now if they could just put something in that allowed me to skip the whole tutorial/opening sequence when I do build a new Inquisitor, I'd be a very happy camper indeed.  It's a lot of rigmarole to go through since I already know all the controls and don't really need the tutorial over and over and over again.

Graphics and crafting. The only redeeming qualities of this game.

True. But crafting design requires too many mouse clicks.

So, even after six months we still wear PJs... but fixing an exploit?... TOP PRIORITY!

The only positive thing I remember about this game is the companions banter. Sadly, this is not enough for me to play it a second time.

The story and lore, the soundtrack, the CC (althought i think they need to improve the hair options), the graphics and the crafting.

Hmm, let see...

- Characters (Blackwall, Cullen, Dorian)

- Graphics

- Voiced main character

- Dialogue wheel (instead of text box)

- ME style Combat

- Music

- Romance (the three guys above)

- Size of the different areas

- Open world

- Tinting table

Now if only there was better hair and brows, a real city area and more LI content - and no PJ's - then I would be truly a happy camper.

                                                                                    <<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>

Bio changend the promo theme from Open World (which it is not) to Large Open Areas (which it is). A minor technical detail, I admit.

Voice? Well, mine changed from British to American. Comparing the Arishok to the Qunari quizzie from voice acting to cultural voice expressions.. it's like night and day. The Qunari quizzie is simply not a DA2 type Qunari... expressing their contempt for human's love for chaos.  A Lore breaking change, if anything.

ME style combat... I expected a RPG not an action shooter. Bio changed the DA game to become an action shooter.... sad day it is.. I tell you

1. -Size of open spaces?  Well, yes.. they are large but too much empty content or full of fetch quests fillers...one can easily get lonly, you know.

2. -Lack of hairstyles? Yes!! Absolutely horrible, what they gave us.

3. -Unfortunately I stopped playing after patch 4. PC game controls are simply awkward... the auto attack patch is a joke.. anyway, seems like patch seven will be another disappoinment  (from what I "heard") Tinting, btw, I can do with the Cheat Engine...plus patch six it out and the quizzie still has PJs...... unbelievable!

4. -Now, some chars I like. Scout Harding got to me.... I think there was more to her character but her content fell to the knife.

It's a game with huge potential but was cut back to fit the old-gen hardware.

I liked not having to play a human and I thought the "inner circle" characters were good though very under utilized. I found the game more disappointing than enjoyable though and I don't think I'll be interested in future installments.

- the companions (none of them grated on my nerves, an unexpected feat after DA2)

- the landscape graphics (though the lighting is really weird in some places)

Some of the characters were very nice and are probably my favorites among all the DA games. Cassandra, Cullen, Morrigan, Solas, Varric. Heck, the only one I missed in DAI was Anders, but given what (might have) happened to Hawke, letting him stay the hell away was a good idea.

Well, not sure about the PS3 but I can vouch for the fact that it is a much better experience on the PC than it is on the PS4.  I originally bought DA:I for the PS4 because I won a PS4 as a door prize and I wanted something to play on it.

Later on I enjoyed the game enough that I decided to pop for the PC version and the graphics quality is so much better it's almost a night and day difference.
