Someone finally gets brave enough to poke Meredith, and the crazy ****** comes back to life, takes control of whats left of the Red Templars, and goes on a psychotic rampage across Thedas.
Next major event in the dragon age?

I wonder if a war between nevarra and tevinter would end of happening they would contribute to the weakening of tevinter and lead to qunari seeing it as the perfect time to invade them.

Kal-Sharok... in which I have a feeling it could lead to finding out more about the ancient dwarves. There is something they know that Orzammar doesn't.

Lots of plausible ideas here. I do wonder about an Elven uprising across Thedas. We could be given the choice of leading the Rebellion or attempting to quell it. Could be mostly a human/Elven scenario.
I would be down for an elven rebellion. I feel that the elves getting their land back is long overdue so supporting them would be an easy choice for me.
I'd like to see an elven rebellion where the final choice is choosing between two (or more possibly) leaders of the future elven government. For example one of the leaders could be a city elf who favours a fresh start, Andrastian religion, the chantry's view on magic, and democratic governance. Whereas the other is a dalish elf who favours traditionalism, revering the old ways, elven religion, the elven view of magic, and theocratic governance.
Kinda like a Bhelen vs Harrowmont or Celene vs Gaspard vs Briala situation.

I for one am planning for my next protogansit to be an Elven female, unlike my quizzy who is based on me.
So if this situation will occur, wow it will be an hard choice..

The truth about Andraste will be revealed, which will have major implications for the Chantry throughout Thedas. This may be as DLC to DAI since it would impact more on the south than the north.
The resolution of the trouble with the Grey Warden HQ since this occurs regardless of your choices in DAI. This could be tied into the next game but also could equally be a DLC.
The return of the last two old gods (which I think are also former elf gods) leading an assault on the Tevinter Imperium since even though they weren't responsible for the fall of Arlathan, they did build their empire on its corpse and then stopped worshipping them. This may well be combined with resolution of Solas plot since I think he will be responsible for their release. If the old gods are corrupt regardless of the means of their escape, then this may be where the Grey Warden tie in comes.
Alternatively, Solas will lead a revolution in the Tevinter Imperium since "his People" are the enslaved and oppressed of all races, but particularly the elves. The Qunari will use the chaos as a cover for their own invasion, since the balance of power will have shifted in their favour. You never know, we may actually be asked to save the Imperium in order to prevent the rise of the Qunari.
Then the game after this will involve the people from over the sea who have been watching events.

Does somebody know when the next Arlathvenn is scheduled ...?
Considering the 'emergence' of two (or one) elven gods, maybe the Dalish give up on their wandering ways and try to reclaim some territory for a third elven nation - led by Godking Fen-Harel ...

When I think of it, it may also end in them deciding to try killing the Betrayer ostensibly responsible for all their misery and go out as a people with a blaze. ![]()
One wonders, what Solas would actually prefer ...
It will definitely cause a major upheaval among the Dalish when/if he reveals himself publicly. ![]()

Solas: People, I have decided it was time to reveal myself so I might right the wrongs I have done to you in the past. For I am Fen'Har--
Dalish: -Hey... Isn't that the Inquisitor's elfish manservant?

Perhaps a political marriage to clan-killing-Merrill would help? I'm sure that would boost his popularity ... ![]()

Several possibilities:
1) Grey Warden civil war
2) Nevarran succession issue
3) Return of the elven "gods"
4) Qunari invasion (though this may be further down the road)
5) Kal-Sharok

That Executor stuff is quite interesting... What does that mean "across the sea"? Is there an entire continent not discovered in the planet? Probably an instrument for the series to go sideways.
Other than that, probably something like a double blight is likely, maybe the 2 Archdemons are actually rivals or something, and with the posibility of Qunari invasion it will be a 4 way war...

The Qunari-Tevinter War escalates and Solas uses the chaos to fulfill his plans and frees the gods--only for Flemythal to make her grand return and have her grand revenge which leads to the end of the Dragon Age.

Id say a Qunari invasion is very likely. Its been discused ever since you found Sten in that cage in Lothering. Thats the name, right. Anyway, the Qunaris culture and might are just now being discovered. What would be the best way to show more of it than a war with it. Ask questions, then hit it with your greatsword! As to the Elven Gods, Id rather that be a mystery. There are just too many possobilities to what they could be. Maybe they are spirits or demons, or aporitions of the Maker. Or they could be powerful mages that were worshiped as dieties. They may actually be gods, but I dont think that would be good for the series. idk maybe im wrong, maybe im right. Time will tell

If Tevinter falls and the Qunari start a campaign it will be very devasting, we seen very small forces of Qunari and how capable they are, just imagine a planned Qunari campaign with thousand of soldiers, and of course the fleets of ships with canons attacking coastal cities with walls that are not made with canon in mind, all of Thedas will be forched in a huge conflict. I do believe this will happend eventually it's inevitable, and it will probably be like WW 2
