On a more serious note ME1&2 failed representing alien genders equally and ME3 only fixed one Alien race in DLC. With that said, bring on the sexy ladies, up front, in the beginning with NME.

I am glad this forum has moved on from trivial matters to what Mass Effect is really about.

Mass Effect is about aliens! A large part of it, anyway. No harm in wanting to see more of them, especially ones we haven't seen yet.   

 

Edit: Though I wouldn't be opposed to fifteen more threads about how Andromeda is good/bad.

Is anyone else hoping that we'll see more female turians, krogan, salarians (though I understand why the latter would never be outside their colonies) in Mass Effect 4? Through the Blasto movie we've heard an elcor female, so we know they exist (they're non-humanoid enough that I don't think they'd even need to make a new character model). Mentions of volus females can be found here or there (Cerberus Daily News refers to a volus comedienne). Blasto has "enkindled many females throughout the galaxy." Batarians have females and presumably so do the vorcha. Do you think we'll see any of these?

i hope to see females and children, as when you walk in the  street and see them, old people and young ones. That could bring more "realism" at the story.

I honestly didn't think it was cheap. The salarians are non-mammalians, and don't necessarily need to have any noticeable sexual dimorphism. They have cloacas and external fertilization, so even if they got naked it might be hard to tell.

It is odd in a way that there were no female Volus, Elcor, or Hanar in the Shepard trilogy. Those three species wouldn't necessarily need new character models for females, they could get by with just using female voice actors.
