I would love to see a tall woman that just as tall if not taller than the male characters

Should be short, tall, slim, thick etc. A body slider should work just fine. I mean Skyrim did this 4 years ago, no reason ME4 shouldn't be able to pull it off. Every human should not have the exact same body type. I would say the same should apply to the alien races as well.
