As you well know, Plaidweave is the finest, most luxurious, illustrious textile granted by the Maker to have graced the world of Thedas.
Post your characters outfitted in their finest Plaidweave.
Modelling for me is Cassandra Allegra Portia Filomena Pentaghast seventy-eigth in line to Nevarra's Throne...
Cassandra is outfitted with Heavy Vanguard Coat Armor (I think)
Aptly named "Blessed Coat of the Seeker"
The armor is tempered with the finest gold Dragon Bone extracted from the corpses of the Fereldan Frostback High Dragon in the Hinterlands and the Abyssal High Dragon in the Western Approach. Silverite chainmail is worn underneath to add even more protection.
Adding to outfit is a leather coat fashioned from the hides of Great Bears taken from the mighty beasts in the Exalted Plains. Cassandra also wears a matching pair of (Great Bear Hide) leather studded gloves and boots. The excess Dragon Bone material was molded into the beautifully patterned studs that line the gloves and boots. Nothing is wasted. They give the armor a glimmer and shine that even the purest Silverite or freshest Stormheart could only dream of replicating.
To top off the look, a helmet of Silverite with Dragon Bone lining the eyes and face of the warrior. This helmet screams Holy Crusade!
Last to add the finishing touches to the whole ensemble, Plaideweave is used sparingly and in a delicate fashion to give the armor that hint of refinement no other chevalier can compete with. It gives it that "je ne sais quoi" quality. King Willow's Weave although believed to be of finer quality than Plaideweave it is used as the base with the rare more exquisite Plaideweave as an extension of the material. Plaidweave lines the inner part of the coat but only subtle hints of the exquisite fabric can be seen. Some of the plaidweave is displayed along the seams of the Great Bear Hide lining that reinforces the Silverite chainmail covering the nether regions of this particular suit of armor. The coat is fashioned to open in a way that displays a bit of the Plaidweave as it lines the bare chestplate.
Don't you want to just rip off the armor, delicately parting the plaidweave, and take Cassandra?

Below, Cassandra taking the armor out in the field. Specifically, in the Fade. She dresses to impress the Divine. Unfortunately, the divine was camera shy in this occasion so I could not get a picture of their meeting.

Below, Cassandra in action wearing "The Blessed Coat of the Seeker" This is a perfect shot that showcases the hints of plaidweave in the ensemble. Her stance alone and the plaidweave revealing itself from behind will shock enemies into submission. They cannot defeat a warrior so great and deserving of wearing Plaidweave.
