Yes there is a schematic for the inquisitor helm(check YouTube and DAIwiki)
The inquisitor helm you get from the dragon sucks compared to crafted helms, and why do we have to kill a dragon to get the inquisitors helm when dragons are optional and BW promoted the hell out of the iconic helm(at least make it a drop in the main quest)
Holy crap! Just a week later and I find the damned thing on Cassie's personal quest for the Seekers. In a barn at Caer Oswin. That makes two killer schematics (swan longbow being the other) this Inky has found that I've never, ever seen before.
