If Bioware will give me another Quarian female in my new hero's life, I will forgive them EVERYTHING even Andromeda stuff! But this time, this quarian must be badass xD

It ^was^ the only thing that I pointed as the most important in MassEffect for me.

If we're putting what Bioware would have to use to bribe us to play then I'd nee a new Krogan crew member who has smarts like Wrex, not a Wrex clone I'd just like a Wrex like "I've seen sh*t so I'm not a fool like a young'un" Krogan better than a Grunt like "point me at something to kill" one.

Conditions for bringing me back into the fold:

-Touch nothing of the endings or canon. This so-called Ark theory will do. I would also have accepted midquels (i.e. smaller story set before ME3 or even during)

- Smaller scale plot with tighter focus on character development. That last is mandatory as that's Bioware's strength and we've seen how badly they can mess up save the galaxy plots.

-Absolutely no one who signed off on the endings has any sort of deciding power over anything to do with the writing. Preferably they wouldn't even be on the team but if they're just getting coffees, that's fine.

If these three check out I will consider buying into the next game (pending some serious investigation of the final product).

I would like a Quarian male squadmate.  Time to get a Quarian's perspective from a males point-of-view.

I know how you feel!

If they announced playable races (turians!) right now, I'd preorder the game without knowing any other details.

Well I dont. I could go into explanations why personally I do not but what would be the point. Even if they do an amazing game, even if they make the next ME the best one so far I will still feel that by leaving, by running away from the consequences of the actions of the previous team who created the whole ending idiocy it will cast a shadow over the game. It will be always nagging there in the background that they abandoned the milky way and everything in it.

I'd pre order it now, if I could. Knowing absolutely zero about the game

If I end up hating it, too bad.

Well I guess you are lucky that you can throw away your money like that buying things you could hate.

I am so confused, I don't know where any of this information came from and how much of it is actually the leak.

I guess I'm in the minority with the playable races thing, as I prefer playing as a human. Thematically it made sense in the original trilogy, but if they could find a way to it better than Inquisition did, where they didn't do enough with it, I'd be open to it. I'm more interested in what classes will be available. I would love an Omnishield and sword type class with a focus on melee. Either that or go even further with the engineer class which I fell in love with in ME3. Having a large droid army of murderous machines was the most fun I've had in an RPG when it came to classes.

If you can't afford to throw away money, don't pre order. It's as simple as that.

That's a pretty shallow view. The next ME does look amazing, but there a few things I'm not so sure about and am hoping they will change or just eliminate altogether.

Saying you will accept everything as long as they give you a hot Quarian? Right.

Just let the next hero be Conrad Verner's spawn and I'm game.

You accept everything, but you want more Quarians even though Bioware allegedly excluded the Quarians from this new game. Okay.

More female aliens of all races nice to see a Krogan, Turian and Salarian but would have liked to see Volus, Vorcha, Drell, Hanar and Elchor women.

Oh and open world like GTA/RDR not so much Skyrim/far Cry 3 because it was a like too much side quest and I just gave up on the main story.

Well if they do go with some kind of "ark" story, it'd be dumb not to have quarians as they've been doing the whole "live in a ship" thing for centuries.

It's the one area where they're actually superior, or at least ahead of the curve. *cough* so called Master Race *cough* :P

The main ark could be a retrofitted Quarian habitat ship (or how they are called).

Quarians are superior and ahead of the curve in all ways. It's the only explanation for having a population less than the size of modern day New York yet being given similar importance in the plot as species with multiple billions and massive colonial empires. Either individual quarians are literally 500x more efficient and resourceful on a per capita basis, or everyone else is lazy and stupid or just doesn't try.

Master Race status isn't "so called", it is scientific fact. If you wish to dispute this objective truth, you'll have to wait a couple weeks for my response though, as your *cough* airquotes may take a while for me to recover from. Side effect of evolving past filth and disease produced by the lesser races.

It would need to be far larger if it's travelling between galaxies. I'm not sure how dependent liveships are on basic solar system resources. For example, assuming they're able to grow some crops for food, do they need to park near a sun for a while?  Intergalactic space on the other hand has nothing. Simply put, you're not self-sufficient unless you make it in dark space. And you need a heck of a lot to make it in dark space. Not even for technology, for simple storage. Even if you put everyone in stasis and you have very efficient power requirements for said stasis, you'd still need huge, redundant powers sources.

Oh, the mirth your delusions cause me.

Their role is incidental, and brought on only by the role of their superior creations (to them I mean, not superior in general), the geth and by rabid fan demand which is superior to nothing. If your precious quarians were as efficient and resourceful as you claim they would've become a true nomad species as opposed to begging for scraps from every system they come across and being summarily chased out of said systems in a manner that would be comical if it wasn't so pathetic.

I honestly wasn't even going to bring up your pitiful immune system which even the aliens from War of the Worlds are chortling at. Let's just say that compensating with tech for inherent weakness, isn't strength, it's just that, compensation. Especially since since they fail at even that, as third-graders with safety scissors are a lethal threat, nay natural predator to suit rats. And you even uttering the world "evolution" makes me chortle and choke on my superior levo-amino beverage as the inferior quarian scum don't even know the meaning of the word. Every other race, with the possible exception of asari has earned their place though millions of years and countless generations of natural selection while you sat it out on your no-insect easy mode planet. Darwin is rolling in his grave at the thought of a race that can be killed by fruit flies even still existing, let alone challenging anyone for supremacy.

Also your faces are stock models. :P
