"You know DA and the Witcher have different art styles, right?"

True.
Current DA has art (beauty in the eye of the beholder)
But,
The Witcher, has 'style'. Let's face it, that guy looks all class, those babes are hot.

It's very ironic that you mock Bioware's visuals with Witcher 3's on your previous post.

DA:I visuals are fine, Whats ironic small company can make much better game and I am not even talking graphic's or art stile, than 3 biggest video game company. We don't even need compare DA:I with witcher 3, witcher 2 is better than DA:I.

"DA characters" - could mean a lot of things. The current crop have evoked more negative responses than the previous two games combined.

You obviously haven't been around when Anders was a companion then

Well, Anders was never my "companion".

I thought he was slightly touched during my time in Amaranthine (I went there twice), and the early encounters in Kirkwall pretty much confirmed for me that he was a lunatic.

I suggested he kill himself at the end, or maybe I did it for him.

It was a mercy killing, really. His robes very scruffy, and he had an odour...

Anders is victim of lets make companion second time. Look at Varric he take all the brooding from Fenris. Anders was fun and cool in awakening. Varric was fun and cool in DA2 in DA:I he just sad all the time. I read post  Varric was described best. "If I had not been played DA:2 I would never take Varric in DA:I"

You know this could be due to national differences.

No offense but try comparing Polish women with Canadian women in terms of looks....Or even Polish men with Canadian men in terms of looks...

Damn it, just compare how Eastern Europeans look compared to North Americans...

You will see why Bioware games look the way they do and CDPR's games look the way they do...

Perhaps if Bioware is in some Eastern European country like Czech Republic, then you know the people in them might look hotter...

So if a company is started in Sweden, they just win automatically right? :P

No doubt the characters look better in the Witcher 3. The facial animations and proportions are more realistic. Geralt is a very appealing and realistic-looking man   (I'm a chick), one I can easily imagine living in a medieval society. Inquisition is slightly more ... cartoonish. You know what though, I still prefer Dragon Age. The story appeals to me more; however, I've only played Witcher 2. I am skeptical since I found 2 sort of clunky gameplay-wise and sort of boring, but The Witcher 3, at least from the gameplay videos I've seen, looks amazing. I'm sure I will like both Witcher 3 and Dragon Age Inquisition. Thank goodness. There simply aren't enough fantasy RPGs compared to the sheer numbers of boring shooters.  :D

I think you meant your thread title to be...

"Attention Bioware, this is how the folks who make Witcher do side quests.  As you are a different company that doesn't have anything to do with the Witcher series, it really has nothing to do with you, so I'm not  sure why I posted a video about Witcher in the Bioware forum, but oh well, what the heck."

Not sure if that would exceed title length limits, though.

I think you're missing the point, friend.

More to the point, people forget how much content is allocated to companions. If Bioware removed the 9-11 companions, allocated 100% of those resources to quest (which includes 9-11 companion quests and much associated dialogue) we'd see a different game. Not to say DAI has impressive side quests but generally "choices" just mean allocation of cinematic resources.

... this would make sense if all the DA companions had extremely detailed, long, drawn out quests rich in story telling...

Which is unfortunate for you. Maybe next game you'll find more characters to your liking. I personally think Cass has amazing cheekbones. Josie doesn't strike me as anything out of this world, but I think she's pretty.

If TW3 really is what they are showing and promising it will own DA:I in every way

the latter already looks like a joke compared to it
