(to Cameron Star) Oh, I do not think Psychevore meant you as in you personally. I think he was just trying to present a reason as to why they might not show us anything altogether in response to the part of your comment; "I think there's been enough development time to us show us something ingame". I don't think he intended any hostility towards you in his comment.

Maybe, but it's a bit hard to tell over the internet when you don't know what someone's intended tone is

I'm not sure what you're trying to imply here. I was only stating my opinion, no need to go "apeshit".
what Shechinah said.
And my question about E3 was genuine. If you're not going to give me a real answer then leave it. So sorry if I'm not well versed in what happens in the gaming world.
I answered clearly with 'yes'. It's like... the 2nd word

Maybe a teaser. Although, BW is not known for throwing out teasers at E3 and the E3 is also not a good place to throw out teasers. Usually people show gameplay there, which I doubt we will see.
So I could also imagine more concept art and stuff.
Actually, I don't really care about a teaser trailer that much. I would be happy if they did tell some background info, at least the where and when.
BTW, the other even to keep an eye on this year for ME info is gamescom. BW has revealed substantial info about upcoming games there in the past. I am sure we'll hear quite a bit about the next ME this year, the question is, will they already start the main campaign at E3 or will they wait a bit longer?

In DAI's appearance in 2013, We had a reveal trailer which shown something and introduced the main plot, plus the official site was opened. At Gamescon they shown a dev diary.Maybe a teaser. To me the best comparison would be to examine the Dragon Age: Inquisition trailer from 2013, for I doubt they would have a lot of the surface content we experience in the final product to be close to being finalized yet.

Well with Dragon age Inquisition out of the way what other IP does Bioware have to showcase? They already dropped one new IP so either EA is gonna screw around and Bioware will show nothing Mass effect related or it's gonna be more Dragon age DLC. While I love Dragon age I'm thirsty for more ME info. orz

What I hope for at E3 involving Mass Effect:
1) Mass Effect Shepard Trilogy Remastered announcement including release date
2) Mass Effect: Next trailer including game name and aimed release date area
3) Information on ME:Next, hopefully debunking leak and including race selection
What I expect at E3 involving Mass Effect:
1) Mass Effect Shepard Trilogy Remastered announcement
2) Mass Effect: Next being teased
3) Vague info on ME: Next

I think it would be hilarious if Aaryn Flynn went on the stage at the EA Press Conference and stated: "The rumors aren't true. The survey was false. Now, here is the real new Mass Effect game."
We'll likely get a trailer with some details of the plot, setting, time period, etc.

Agreed on the last part.

Aaryn Flynn would become boss of the universe if he did that!

True. Either way, half the community is going to be disappointed and the other half will rub it in their faces. BSN will likely explode during the EA Press Conference, for better or worse.

While I personally don't care if the leak is true or not, and either way I'll be just glad to know more about the next Mass Effect, I'll be sorry for Bioware about the chaos that the reveal will cause.
Though I Think it was unavoidable, due to people's different opinions on the endings and the direction the franchise should follow.

Yep. The ending is just too divisive. People will never agree on a proper path. That's part of the reason I think the ending, in a way, is so brilliant. What other video game do you hear people whine about its ending three years after it happened? If anything, BioWare made ME3 memorable.
It will be a war though, whatever happens. I plan on being on the front lines!

They might show a trailer showing the Mako driving on an unknown world and then show the main character in his/her armor and helmet.
Maybe release the names of the VA's for the main character.
I'll worry about it when E3 happens

They are not that cruel.

I wonder if Cora is an asari or a turian...
Based on the generally positive response to Nyreen and the similarity between their biotic bubbles I could see a female turian companion, but chances are that the token powerful biotic is an asari and Cora sounds more like an asari name.
Cora is actually a human name. It was the name of a character in The Last of the Mohicans (Cora Munro), and became popular after the release of the book. It was created by James Fenimore Cooper.
Not sure if any conclusions can be drawn from that however, as Liara, Samara, and Aria are also human names.

ME is not my biggest concern this E3.
A new 3D Metroid is. It's time, Nintendo, it's time.
It's been time for 8 years. My expectation are pretty low on that front as Metroid fans always say they'll definitely be a reveal, then there isn't one.
Back to Mass Effect, surely this game will be released in 2015? Knowing EA, they'd want Bioware to release one agame a year, and ME4 has been in development for ages. Surely a Nov/Dec 2015 release isn't too much to ask? If they wait any longer, we'll be about 2/3rd through the 8th gen's life cycles...

Considering good part, more than half of it was quite negative. I don't think that was their plan. Or anyone should ever attempt to. Yes it was divisive, at first but now mostly its people who are ok with the endings and people who are not ok.
