First of all I have checked the known issues thread and already read what it said on this. Yes my code card has 1688108 at the bottom right, and yes I have already called the store I bought the game from and they said they can't do anything about it (and EA support is useless). Anyways, before work, roughly 7pm GMT, I went to activate my ceberus code and it said it was already redeemed. I called the store I bought the game from and they said they couldn't do anything. I tried again when I got home (roughly midnight) and it said the same thing, already redeemed. Is there something I could do?
