I dont get how they copied Mass Effect multiplayer's model to the T but completely missed the thing that made Mass Effect 3 fun to this day. You could play Mass Effect in so many different ways! All of the different classes, guns and power variations changed the way you play the game and with 40 something characters that offers a lot of variation. Now lets look at DAI it has 12 characters that we have had since the game launched in November. It got boring after a month and I want to play the game still and like it but I see no point in going back with no new content. Not trying to complain just hoping someone from Bioware sees a post from a disappointed fan and adds more characters, maps, and play styles to the game.
When are we going to see some new DAI MP additional content

I can't really comment on the accuracy of the almighty "soon™" but I will say that I'm hoping you and everyone else sharing this sentiment will be pleasantly surprised
