I've read other topics on this, but with no luck.

 

I've gotten tokens from the leaders by the cabin on the water and in Old Crestwood.  I remembering killing some dudes by the quarry next to the dragon, but that may have been before I actually got the quest?  Whatever the case, I'm stuck at 2/3.  I've killed the Whiteclaw Leader in Western Approach at least a dozen times trying to spawn it there.  I've also killed Carta leader in Hinterlands.  Still nothing.

 

Does anybody how to spawn these guys, anywhere else to look, or know a "complete objective" console command?

 

My newest save that would be before I went to Crestwood or start Way of the Assassin is 30+ hours ago and I really don't want to go back that far.

Yeah I've seen that.  Unfortunately that guy isn't standing there when I go in.

 

 

EDIT: I finally went through enough old saves to where I found one with the Carta guy in Valammar.  Two tries and I got... Downside is I had to erase so many hours of gameplay I have to completely redo Western Approach and then some.  And just to pour salt in my wounds, just walking around Western Approach I was attack by White Claws and one of them dropped another Assassin Weapon so I had 4 by the time I crafted the weapon... So stupid.

Honestly this seems correct because I had to look for three distinctly named outlaw assassin leaders in Crestwood. I know two of them were on a road heading to that one woman's farm house while the other I believe was preaty much almost heading north I think a bit past the meeting spot of the "warden contact" or something. i remember the third fight was on a road heading to a different harm house heading north.

That was the initial site I used for help.  Nothing worked.  I ended up going back and finding an old save where I could spam the Carta guy in Valammar.  Didn't actually use a lot of save content because most of the 10 hours of "gameplay" was spent trying to find the 3rd token.

 

What's sad is that after I finally got the 3rd and finally became an assassin, they started dropping off of White Claws in Western Approach like crazy.  Not even leaders, just randomly generated parties in random areas.  I ended up finding a total of like 6.

Odd. I remember the three distinctly named assassin leaders were the only ones to drop a key part for the class. I do remember having to work to find the third one because I found the first two on the road easily but I really had to travel around to find the third. As far as the other pieces yeah it seemed like Western Approach was a good place for the other pieces or if not the one bandit fort in the Hinderlands (southwest part of the map).
