ME: Kaidan, no competition for me here. I did all the other romances expect Steve, Traynor and Allers - and all of them were great, but it is something about Kaidan that just... feels right for all my Shepards.
DA: much harder choice
DAO - Alistair
DA 2 - Fenris
DAI - Cullen with Solas close second so far, but haven't done Cassandra, Josephine, Iron Bull and Blackwall yet. I have a feeling I will really like Cassandra romance from the glimpses of it that I've seen so far.
If to choose... Fenris, but others are very close behind.

Lol I'm making a female, human rogue in Inquisition and keeping her single in hopes of one day, Sebastian Vael will send a proposition of marriage to solidify their alliance. It's funny cause when you read the human's background story is almost identical to Sebastian's. Looks like we have common ground. Something The prince of Starkhaven and the Inquisitor have that no one else could understand, thus boom-bang-bing, sympathy turns to compassion and compassion turns into love
YES!!
... That accent tho.

ME : Garrus, hands down. Especially in ME3. How it starts is sort of sleezy but the rest is gold.
DA: Morrigan, no contest. Her issues and drama make it really interesting and a bit more than just fan service. Also it really enhances the story, something i wish all romances did.
Also their voices are just... i mean.... god damn!

There are some romances I liked for different reasons but I bolded the ones I really enjoyed.
Mass Effect:
- Garrus Vakarian: perfect blend of geeky, awkward, and serious.
- Thane Krios: sweet and I really admired his spirituality.
Dragon Age:
- Solas: I don't normally enjoy the whole "star-crossed lovers" thing but this was done really well; he's a sarcastic troll, throws around compliments & insults every chance he gets, and he's humble enough to admit he's wrong (but also pretentious about being right).
- Cullen, Fenris: fiercely loyal and charmingly awkward (Fenris because he's broody—which I was kinda bleh about, Cullen because he gets so nervous)
- Alistair, Iron Bull: funny, sweet, and always open to different ideas...and ideas if ya know what I mean ![]()

Dragon Age: Alistair (it's too cheesy, I can't help it, it's hilarious)
Dragon Age II: Fenris - he has a blunt sense of humor, and he's loyal to a fault once he decides to trust Hawke. He's in it for the long-haul.
Dragon Age Inquisition: Cullen (it was really well handled with all he has been through, and I liked his scenes); Iron Bull (it was just so awkward at times I couldn't help but laugh).

Mass Effect- Liara (best screen time and most developed relationship of all the LIs)
Dragon Age- Dorian (with Fenris coming as a very, very close second)

Mass Effect: Liara (though I'm pretty meh about her as a character), with Kaidan in second place. I'm currently trying maleShep's LIs, so that could change.
Dragon Age: I'll go for Isabela, because she's probably my favourite character in the whole series. I really loved Zevran, Leliana, Fenris, Merrill, Solas, Sera, Josephine and Cassandra's romances though so... this is a tough choice. I expect I'll love Dorian's too.

Dragon age; found no one interesting in DAI and as much as I like Leliana in dao I have to go for Isabela. She was just the utterly perfect strong, funny, sexy fit for my rather sarcastic hawke. She's one of the reasons I replay that story so often despite the environmental flaws of the game.

ME: Garrus. Always. It still kills me just thinking about ME3 ending. I spent the next few months after the game reading happy ever-after fanfiction just to cope.
DAO: Alistair, though he did kinda grate towards the end. If I could have had the chance with Sten...or Duncan...or Loghain... ![]()
DA2: Fenris. No one else even remotely appealed to me in the game.
DAI: Solas. With Cullen taking second place.

Never finished ME, so I can't comment on that. But in the DA verse Alistair, Dorian and Cullen. Dorian is my everything and Cullen is just easy to romance since he is a stand up kind of guy. I usually had F Hawke romance Anders in DAII, but he was not the fun Anders I know and love by then.
