This sucks , idk why but whenever I play this game I suffer from motion sickness. Hell even thinking about playing the game has me suffering from minor sickness.
Idk , it might just be on my end idk why I'm getting motion sickness from this game but has anyone else felt like this?
Why...Why am I getting motion sickness?

Try disabling montion blur? I get dizzy with games that apply unholy amounts of motion blur, might be the same for you.

(to Cody2Hottie) Do you suffer motion sickness when you play other games? I've had it happened that I begin to have a terrible headache and nausea when I played Fallout: New Vegas and Mortal Kombat, to name a few, on my Xbox. I could never find out what the common denominator was besides of them being on a console which was why I tried playing F:NV on my PC and had no trouble with it.
Do you by any chance know someone who has the game on PC and who you can ask to let you try it to see if it is different?

I do suffer from motion sickness , however it normaily doesn't set in on games you would think. I'm fullyable to play FPS games aside from games like F.E.A.R , It's just very odd I'm getting MS from this game it kinda doesn't make much sense.
Sadly I do not know anyone who has this game on the PC , I'm the only one outta my group of friends who likes the Dragon Age Series

I don't get it with DAI but there are other games that give me motion sickness, I play on a PlayStation and I have found adjusting the camera movement speed helps, you'll find it under Controls in the Options menu.

Here's some tips to try. Not sure if these are adjustable on the console versions, but I have a few other things you can do as well.
1) remove motion blur. This is a completely worthless effect, whose only purpose is to mask frame stutters. Your brain doesn't need motion blur to interpret fast movement.
2) change Field of View. Doubt this is can be changed in consoles, but increasing it to a higher field of view, especially if you have a large screen will help considerably.
3) Sit further back from your TV. Most motion sickness from games is because your brain is interpreting its field of view being out of alignment with what its actually seeing. Sitting further back will increase the static background in your field of vision, which will make your brain's optic area not freak out so much.
4) take breaks more frequently. Getting up and walking around for a minute will allow your brain to recover its actual sense of movement.
5) Make sure the room has a lot of light. If you are playing in a dark room, your brain focuses almost entirely on the screen which highlights the movement. With a lot of light, your brain will also spend a lot of time processing the static areas of the room as well.

Sit further away from your screen. Serious.
Part of what causes motion sickness in video games is your eyes telling you the world is moving, when your body says it's not. It's a physiological response to your body thinking it's being poisoned, and it makes you want to purge the poison. Sit fruther away from the screen, and you don't have the disconnect between reality and the screen.

^ It is worth a try, though it may not work for everybody as I've tried it and I still got hit with nausea and a headache.

I had this problem also. I rarely have motion sickness from games but 25 minutes into this game on ps4 and I was curled in the fetal position with a headache and horrible nausea. I waited a day and tried it again with the same result. I was frustrated because I had been looking forward to the game and it looked like I wouldn't be able to play. I looked up the problem on google and followed one of the suggestions: take 2 benadryl allergy tablets before playing. It worked. Once I made it about 2 hours into the game I stopped having troubles and no longer needed the pills. I've gone on to complete the game four times without problems, although the first couple of hours still makes me feel a little jittery. Motion sickness in games comes from the camera movements being off from the movement of what you are focused on. Like in first person shooters which creates motion sickness for a lot of gamers. The camera is shaking to give you the first person feel but your eyes are focused on what is ahead or your avatar which is moving at a different rate. It effects you the same way riding in a car can.

i have motion sickness and i usually get it while playing games if i jump or fall from a great height (which stinks, cos i like jumping all over the place). i think the only other time i get it is if i finish one game and move on to another (such as ME1 straight to ME2) and the camera pans faster than what i was used to in the previous game. it usually takes a day or 2 for me to get used to it and then that feeling goes away - but in the meantime, focusing on the game is hard xD

I've gotten a few headaches playing this game when I had it on my old console and with my old television. I pegged it has me trying to read the text on the screen which caused me to strain my eyes way more than necessary. I always get motion sickness from Mario games, not entirely sure why, but I usually try to take a good amount of breaks when playing. To stave off the sickness as much as possible.

Unfortunately, I'm usually stuck with my headache and nausea for the remainder of the day even if I have stopped playing.
