Tevinter, change? Two thousand years couldn't do it, yet one Dorian would? If anything he'll get quietly assassinated within 5 years, depending on the level of annoyance. He won't be the first.
1. Solas, because... I need to know!
2. Inquisitor, because... the game isn't 'done' yet, and all the dlc isn't out. I know Bioware, and that they love releasing the final crap in dlc form. Witchhunt, Legacy, Citadel, Arrival... etc.
3. And mostly everyone else because I'm interested in a lot more then just those two characters 
Like Hawke, or whoever goes to the Anderfels to inform the Grey Wardens about Adamant. Or the HoF... do they find a cure for the calling? If Morrigan drank from the well, does she leave because Solas/Flemythal bid her to?

Its a believable plot I can see in DA4. If we toss out lot in with Dorian he can secure whatever position he strives for...or gut him like a fish if we side with Fenris and his rebellion, assuming his Tevinter killing forms into one. Just a Theoretical idea really. It would need fleshing out. You side with Dorian and Teviner remians as is while Dorian tries to change their lawful evil ways which may fail. Or with Fenris you bring down the Tevinter leadership leaving the imperium in total anarchy and chaos and a welcome matt for the Qunari. yeah needs work and details and other factors and incentives for both choices imo. I'm no writer.
