Stick to Silver or Bronze instead of leeching.

 

Even with a maxed manifest, you do not have the skills or experience for Gold.

Work on your skills in Silver games and then move to Gold.  Any kit that you are comfortable with on Silver will be viable on Gold once you get the hang of it.  Practice and experience are key to getting good at this game.

The point of maxing out your common weapons and kits has nothing to do with their usefulness, and everything to do with the way the random packs work. You max them out not because they're useful, but so that the more expensive packs aren't filled with common junk where you'd rather they give you rare or uncommon weapons.
