They're being so extremely tight-lipped about the whole thing, I'm starting to think maybe it doesn't exist.  Maybe the dev team just make occasional tweets "OMG, secret project looks so AMAZING" and go back to drinking coffee and playing the unreleased parts of the Reckoning DLC and spending the project budget on hookers and blow.
