alright so first off, I play on the Xbox One. This is probably my twentieth character i've started, with the rest deleted soon after becuase i've A. not liked their design or B. wanted to make different choices along the way. Thanks to the most recent update I was able to delete them from the Keep as well, keeping my current, hopefully completionist character.
Anyway, I just finished off the Wicked Hearts quest, but it still shows as hidden on my Tapestry, although it shows the Wardens tile with the "allied with Wardens" choice recorded, although I haven't even done that respective quest yet.
I also had to change from allying with the Templars, to allying with the Mages.
Is there anyway to fix this, without deleting the entire world state, and character and starting over once again?

You can toggle the spoilers off and pick the decisions you made manually. Importing is buggy.

It shouldn't bother me this much having to do that
I'll probably wait until beating it to go through it and make those choices.

From the sound of things you are not copying over your playthrough state into the editable states (note that the copied over state does not auto-update after you copy it over), which is how you import choices from DAI into the Tapestry. Siding with the mages and allying with the wardens are the default choice, I'm assuming you sided with them in at least one of your 12 past playthroughs, so the corresponding tiles are permanently unlocked on your Keep. Therefore, for any editable state which was not copied over from a playthrough state past those points in the game will show those default tiles.

It really isn't as buggy people try and make it out to be.
