Beating a dead horse here but hopefully that horse will make a miraculous recovery. Whether it is thru DLC or in the main game, please rescue Shepard. The breath scene needs to be concluded fully, Control, Syn., and Refuse lovers had their closure,Shep sacrificed him/herself and died to save the galaxy or destroyed everyone in the galaxy.....period, Shepard survivor lovers have.....an N7 tag and a chest. My own headcanon ending is cool but I would like to visually see something, maybe our love interest or close friend will save us.....something.

 

I don't know if you guys remember but in the Citadel DLC if you romanced Jack she gives you a tattoo and tells you the reason she does it is "if Shepard was ever LAYING UNDER A PILE OF RUBBLE OR DEBRIS HURT the galaxy would know he belongs to her" so whether your love interest rescues you or someone else, Shepard needs to be rescued and reunited with the people that care about him/her. Maybe even give the Control, Syn. and Refuse lovers some more love too

 

Now that would truly lay the Trilogy to rest and if done in the remastered versions it would be the perfect bow tied tight on Shepard's story.

I'm pretty ok with Destroy ending as it is. Headcanon and fanfiction did plenty to help there, of course, but it never bothered me to the extent it did some people.

 

What I would like to see personally is more of a conclusion for the NPCs we came to know and love. Something like BG:ToB did. Tell me what happened to them after the Crucible went off, how they continued their life, what glorious(or ignominious) deeds they did in the years and decades following. Change that to reflect their status as LI, the state of galaxy as appropriate(you know, if Destroy/Control/Synthesis was chosen) and what happened during the Shepard's era.

Shepard is dead, gone, buried, left to rot, and thank God for that.

 

We need a new slate and a new story that has as little connection with Shepard as possible.

If they're making changes to the ending,they should remake Priority:Earth instead.

Tali's not even that bad. She only gets cringeworthy for one game and only if you're male, and can be gotten rid of anyway. Damn near everyone is like her, more or less.  Garrus the perma bro despite my dickery. Miri going on about my human awesomeness even tho I've trolled her and derperus at every opportunity. Thane calling me Siha after I troll his terrible parenting, ridiculous metaphysical beliefs and incessing whining. Legion declaring my code is superior and sniffing my under....armor drawer even though I've made it clear that it and its species are glorified toasters to me. Liara and her talking about how superspecial and unique I am after I threaten to throw her in a volcano.

Some are worse than even Conrad. Ash straight up calls you a god. Wtf? Conrad just wants an autograph and to cosplay

Ya know it's funny but in most ways Shepard's story became bigger than the brand and the only reason a trilogy even happened. That said i'm super curious on what they do with 4 and whether it backfires - Shep isn't coming back, deal with it I guess.
