I cannot seem to get this quest at all. It's one of the two quests obtained by speaking to Baron Edouard Desjardins located in Suledin Keep. You need to unlock the operation Judicael's Crossing first (the one to repair the bridge) and then complete the first quest given by the Baron, Securing Safe Passage.
Breeding Grounds is the quest where you need to kill the three dragons, but I already have done so. Any suggestions?
You don't need to complete SSP to get BG. I've always completed them simultaneously. However, if the Baron doesn't give you either quest at all, you probably have a bug.
I was given SSP, but I can't seem to trigger BG.
As far as I know, you can still kill the dragons and get credit for completing the quest. At least, the quest resolves in your journal when it's complete, you get the XP and loot, and have some dead dragons. I don't think he acknowledges the quest anyway once you've killed the dragons.
