This has happened 3 times in a row today and occasionally over the past few days. I've got a lvl 19 soldier, I'll finish a match, level to 20 and get the money. Then we load back into the lobby. I want to go spend my money on loot and promote my lvl 20. But when i exit the lobby and get to my personal screen, my money and xp will be gone. I'm back to lvl 19 and dont have the cash anymore. But any ammo and weapon bonuses I've used in the previous match are gone. This is getting to be extremely annoying and I was just wondering if anyone else has been having the same issues lately.

It happens now and then, I'm guessing you are on PC? Try with pressing alt-tab to Windows and close ME3, then start it again, usually you get it back, but not always. It's an annoying bug that Biovar never fixed.

Maybe they feel you didn't earn it. 

 

Srsly doe, happens often enough but 3 times in a row is a bit odd. Maybe change hosts.

Known bug. Seems to happen to me more off-host. A possible workaround I've found on PC is to alt-f4 immediately and restart. This will force a server sync, and sometimes it'll return your cash and XP instantly.

it will keep happening if you don't fix it. If you notice it don't keep playing.

 

It happens to me on occasion, just follow PatrickBateman's advice to fix it.

 

I dunno why it happens, but as soon as you notice it, kill the game. In my experience you won't ever get back credits from all the previous matches but you might get them back for the most recent match you played.

I don't remember where I found this, but it works reliably for me.

 

When you get back to the lobby, quickly switch to another kit and then back to the one you played your last match with. Using this method, I've never lost credits/xp - provided I don't forget like a grapenut.

if you're on pc just hack the credits.

That bug happens only rarely. Three times in a row... wow, that's like winning the lottery. Except... bad.

I thought it was only me. It has happened 5 times in the last week... it only seems to happen off-host though so you might be able to host to avoid it.
