Just curious as to who is the median player. I've promoted a bunch of times and have complete 125 matches with every class. This probably makes me above average.

Yo soy... I mean I probably fit this particular moniker. Only promoted 6 times so far, have approx 400 prestige, but not on the leaderboard. Play mostly on Routine, but coming up on the Threatening portrait. I have a smattering of the BiS items, but have not yet settled on my "definitive build" for any classes yet. So I'm no n006, but also not as 1337 as many on this forum either.

That Gerard Pique is one lucky sunma gun.

as for me:

 

I'm mediocre/average for sure:

- promoted very little

- try to play daily but most of the times only for 2-5 matches - unless friends are online

- spent over 500k, have decent gear

- routine is easy with all classes/chars

- threatening is mostly doable as well

- perilous (successful) only with a good team

- the grinding challenges are still to be completed (i.e. char-banners, poison, some weapon challenges)

- prestige around 460

22/60/58 and I consider myself pretty average in stats AND gaming ability.

 

Mate of mine has 60/100/75 and he plays with people even higher than that (One guy has 174 CON)

Well yes, but it didnt take much effort to be there. The most difficult thing was/is making solid friends to play Perilous everynight. I don't even play as hardcore as I would like to since I work full-time, maybe around 6 hours per day and a little more on weekends. The fact that I am top 5 illustrates how dead that thing is.

6 HR / Day + Friends is actually a lot of free time. . . but yes most casuals play only a game or two (maybe).

One can have a godly number of promotions, be at the top of the leaderboards, get no real medallian for putting so much effort into damp, because the future is uncertain for it, and yet be completely mediocre at the game....mind blown.
