One can have a godly number of promotions, be at the top of the leaderboards, get no real medallian for putting so much effort into damp, because the future is uncertain for it, and yet be completely mediocre at the game....mind blown.

 

Agree, Promotion's Stats is something i have dislike since the beginning.

 

I have played with many ranked and i know that hey were just carried there by played who knows how to play. Also many that play Godlike and you know it because you see it with your eyes, since you play with many you can differentiate between good and bad.

 

But again this can be biased, why? well Promotions..... Promotions give the player power that can be beyond their abilities, you can say "X is a good player, look him kill everything" but that guy could have  100 of each stats.

 

The other day i played with an AW, he was strong and hard to kill, but what was wrong with him? well he used to go far away from the rest and fight alone in the other corner of map, while the rest of the team was getting kicked around. Was that a good player? Nope, it was not! 

 

Well we could say this would apply more to Perilous but, it all just promotion's Fault, a good player should have:

Team Play

Communication (if possible)

Able to read the flow of battle (not skill)

Good knowledge of the Played Character

Good knowledge of Game Mechanic (general rules)

And how to move in the battlefield.(my favorite one)

 

Yeahh, i know many play for fun, and it's not necessary to take things so seriously, but i can't help it and observe players from time to time.
