I'm stuck at the 'Connecting to the Dragon Age servers' screen. I'm on Ps4. Internet is fine. Cant find any other posts about it. Really pissing me off that I can't even play the game without connecting

Try disconnecting from the internet in your PS4 settings before you start the game.  There is an option also (in game) which allows you to disable the automatic connection to the servers when you fire up the game - so you can re-establish your internet.
