Can anyone from BioWare help me out? My buddy is trying to join my BSN group but to him, it just says "You cannot join this group" and I'm not sure what's up. I have the group set for membership approval but I think people should be able to join. What's up with that?

Interesting... He may be a nug, or whatever you call 'em. If you're one you cannot join groups. If the group requires approval to join then he may have not been approved.

I think there is an email that gets sent out with a link in it. On the page with the link there should be a button you click. I believe the page might say you can't join or something which might be confusing but the button should still be on that page.

I believe the button is on that page, though I'm not sure if that's clickable. I had to set the group to open membership to get him in.
