"Like in some other games, my FPS count can go above 60 FPS but also, below 30, so I lock the FPS to 30 on those games.
What I want to know is if that has any effect on the loading times?
In Skyrim that was a problem, the regular FPS during loading screens is 31/32, when I locked it to 30, the loading times got noticeably longer. I THINK the same happens with DAI, the normal FPS during loading screens is 200 FPS, so... I'm not certain. Does it?"
