Wraith Fury is better.

 

Because:

 

At medium-long range, Warp Ammo + Dark Channel + Wraith = dead enemies

 

At close range, Warp Ammo + Annihilation Field + Throw + Wraith = multiple dead enemies

Except that, at close range, Warp Ammo + AF + Throw + Raider = moar multiple dead enemies. Which is the only thing that matters, really.

Wraith Fury is better.

 

I don't know that it's better, but I prefer it.

I much prefer Wraith because of the faster cooldowns and more to do at long range. The Raider's a damn good gun for CQC, but the Fury's already a damn good kit at CQC.
