Just FYI, those rings are only specific to the skill listed in the name (Enchanced **skill name** ring). They will only increase that 1 ability.
Oh wow, didn't no this. Thanks ![]()

Panic from War horn lasts long enough for the Reaver to clear any high threat targets that cannot be panicked (dagger rogues), if not clearing the entire group. Transitioning to cover in between Rampages / War horn however is essential.
What if to War Horn you add Deathblow, Flow of Battle and Terrifying Fury.
You good sir will be like a Rapist at night, or a Drunk Barney surrounded by kids, or even more, like a Spartan when asked by his Profession!
Another thing that player should check are the Dragon's Claws, Right, Left and Both Claws. You can precast the first two claws in the air and save the both claws(do twice damage) for a big target without using the HP of the first two. it takes 3 seconds to recede, but if you dominate this, you will be hitting with Two Claws with the price of One.
Oh wow, didn't no this. Thanks
When I first started playing I assumed that any ring that said +30% ability damage/duration for mage/rogue/warrior applied to everything. I salvaged a lot of rings that may have been useful thinking I didn't need them. Just keep an eye out for any rings for skills you regularly use.
Reaver main problem most of the time are other party members. Like with templar wrath purge it's essential to leave starting fight to templar / reaver.
Templar can go in and those couple of seconds on which mobs just don't attack are still stacked in one spot is enough to purge them down. For reaver it's the same, this couple of seconds are enough to go in use warhorn and start killing targets.
Party members (mostly mages) who attack first make mobs run, spread and if reaver/templar is close, make mobs aggro on them. Because of it mobs have enough time "get in combat mode" and this sucks for those classes.

It's basic "read with understanding". How ring called "Enhanced Long Shot Ring " can work with twin fangs, shadowstrike, stealth,....everything.
Short answer: No.
Longer answer: Those abilities were with SP in mind, and MP is not balanced with RoP. You absolutely need dragon rage, so that leaves 35 stamina to play with outside of Warrior's resolve, Clear a Path, and Stamina amulets. You don't have enough of a stamina pool for RoP to be worth it, and you RoP's cast time causes the Reaver to be Vulnerable and lose time she could be using Dragon Rage with.
On one hand, yes for most players. On the other, there's definitely a very specific build with a Stamina Amulet that turns RoP into one of the most broken abilities in the game. My friend abuses that ability so hard to stomp things he should not be able to dunk.
Ha I was playing her today and some games were better than others but the last one did not go well at all. Well one of the other players sent me a nasty message saying I was "garbage" and they can solo with a much lower leval one etc. I have say I don't like player her and like I said sometimes I player her better than others but really who feels they have a right to send someone a message like that. I'm an ok player and usually I get better once I've played a class for a bit but I have to agree this one is tough. Actually I find all the warriors hard to play well which is strange because its my go to class in single player. Oh well I'll keep trying with her and hopefully I'lk eventually get better armor for her. But I will never send a message telling someone they are garbage because it really doesn't matter to me and why would I want to make someone feel bad....
Question about two axes I have. One is an AOE axe and the other direct damage. Both have around 210-212 damage. Which one is better? What is the difference between AOE and direct damage?. The one with AOE has 27% crit damage bonus as well, and its just a common
AOE weapons will hit everything near your front (about 180 degree arc in front of you). Direct weapons will hit the single target that you are attacking. That being said: if the targets are close enough together a direct damage weapon will hit multiple targets. If you hit mobs as they come to you, then direct damage is normally the higher DPS weapon so use that, but if you like to run in to the middle of them then an AOE weapon might be better for you. Look at the stats and procs too as some of the blue weapons have good stats/procs.
Shouldn't I gain health while using rampage and dragon-rage at the same time? Because It's not happening.

No longer. BW patched that saying it was unintended.

Recite after me: "not my monkeys, not my circus."
As Gya said, the person was projecting onto you. Just keep on doing your best, learn from your mistakes, and keep upping your game. I was a horrible Reaver at first, but once I learned "flank, don't tank" it made a huge difference.

Oh alright, guess I haven't played any reaver since that patch.

You don't loose hp using Dragon rage in rampage.
If you hit 2+ enemies with dragon rage you would heal.
I wasn't really feeling bad about what they said because I couldn't really care what they think but it's more the fact that someone would even do that or really care one way or the other. I've played matches that have been just terrible because people don't play but I would never send a message trying to make them feel bad because it's a game and guess what you get to start over and do it again. Not only that but as you have said you learn and maybe next time will play better. The Reaver is definitely a tough one to play...I always think they are so slow and the two handed weapon is just to big for them! Oh well if I end up in a lobby with this jerk again I might be tempted to do stupid things just to ****** them off...though that really wouldn't be fair to the rest of the team but the temptation will be a strong one! ![]()
...or even just troll them. Extra points if you can make them scream profanities down the mic at you. That should definitely count as support XP.

If anyone is ever in a lobby with dickheads like these, you are morally obligated to troll them as much as possible. If they scream into the mic, respond in a polite, courteous voice that you value their opinion and will take their comments under advisement. If they send you fan mail after the game, feel free to reply in the same polite tone as before. Then send them a friend request.
The 2h auto-attack animations are unbearably slow, are you using animation cancelling? If you press the run key, it will cancel the animation, making your auto-attacks almost as fast as a dw rogue.
And the reaver is a tough character to play, I can't use her above threatening, even with my godly 18 con.
45 con + superb health belt and it's not easy playing her on perilous. One mistake and you're dead. If you're out in the open and rampage isn't up, dead. One of the most frustrating classes to play.

But at least she can kill stuff! I've played Alchemist and she... doesn't do multi-target damage well, nor effective utility, and has sub-par single target damage vs Assassin.

Reaver is great on threatening...
Yeah, I have to agree. I don't think I've even tried the Reaver in perilous yet, but in threatening it's just beast mode slaughter time, "Let's drop the commander in about 10 seconds guys, and call it a day"
There is a lot of helpful advice and tips posted already, so I'll just keep it short and sweet
Once you get a cooldown reduction amulet, a decent weapon, and a couple of HoK rings, just run in and spam dragon rage, rampage if health starts dropping, rinse and repeat. I know this a very gear dependent approach, but it's extremely deadly and effective.

It's hard to go from face tanking the entire match to having to hide like a coward to stay out of LoS or have cooldowns come back up.

It's not just gear dependent, it's promotion dependent. Like 3 arrows can take you down with low promotion numbers. Stop using rampage autoattack and you're dead.
war horn, rampage, dragon rage, flow of battle, deathblow, and 2 hok rings is the way to roll a reaver.
