I have played dragon age inquisition 4 times so far and absolutely loving it i have found myself at times just watching the world go by but there is one thing that right grinds my gears and its sara.
She's not good looking she is never happy and childish and her voice my god its annoying. So as you can guess i hate her

Hate is such a strong word. For me, Sera tends to drift into the "Heartily dislike" category of companions. The only companion I actually HATE is Velanna.
She's very annoying with her manner of speech and is quite childish.
I loved her at first... it's gone downhill from there. I found her to be incredibly narrowminded, pissed me off, and now on my latest playthrough, I haven't even recruited her. This is something weird for me, since I've liked all DA companions up until now. I even like Vivienne, just not obnoxious, unfunny Sera
I can say Sera is good with a bow
She is a little annoying but over all I like her. Though there are a few times I wanted to smack her in the back of the head.
I feel like Sera is the friend you find more and more annoying as you grow up together but hasn't done anything bad to warrant hatred. She's compassionate and thinks about underprivileged people but she's also ignorant and childish. While some of her prejudice is understandable, she needs to grow up (especially the way she treats romanced Inquisitor).
The more I use her, the more I like her.
Indifferent. Just another character that makes no impact on me what so ever.

I adore Sera.
I had a friend like her in high school. She was like the one super annoying friend that everybody kind of disliked. I tolerated her, but there's no way I could spend more than an hour in her company. We haven't spoken in two years, thank god.
Same goes for Sera.
Sera is a character I constantly flip flop my opinion on. Sometimes I will adore her to death and other times I will just groan. It really seems to depend on what kind of playthrough and Inquisitor I'm trying to go for at the time and how they are going to react to her. I always try to keep her around though and never dismiss her from the Inquisition.
Sera is at her core good person who wants to look out for the little people who get trod on in all of the wars of Thedas. That's awesome. She passionate about it. That's awesome. Doesn't compromise that goal for anything. More awesome. Refuses to accept responsibility for when things go really bad. Yeah... not so much. Shuts her eyes to the truth when it conflicts with her view of the world. That I find really grating personally. YOU WERE IN THE FADE AND AT THE WELL OF SORROWS WITH ANCIENT ELVES!!!! WAKE THE HELL UP AND SMELL THE ROSES GIRL!!!! So yeah I'm very conflicted about how I feel about her. But that's a very good thing. A lot of people in the real world will make you feel this way and Sera too me is the first true example of this I've encountered in a Bioware game. Maybe all games in general. At least for me.
But to summarize I love her some days and loath her others but I feel she's really important regardless when it comes to character writing.
Now if we were talking about Vivienne, oooooooooooooooh the hatred I could unleash.

She's easily one of my favorites in the game. She's basically my standard issue archer in place of Varric.
There is a reason she is the only companion you can kick anytime you like lol, even Bioware knew that she might prove to be way too annoying for most people.
Having said all that I don't hate her, her close mindness makes me want to smack her from time to time though.
Honestly, once reaching the role of Inquisitor, we should have the option to kick out all of the optional recruits any time we want, and even Varric once Hawke is introduced, since his usefulness is pretty much spent. I mean, why not right? What are they going to do, refuse? At our order, we can have them hurled off the mountainside if they continue to insist on squatting in our castle. The only reason Vivienne can't be kicked out is because of the whole Divine thing, but Leliana and Cassandra are immune to expulsion so I don't see the big deal there.

I have a save in the Secluded Courtyard that I replay from time to time, just to go through all of Sera's dialogue options. Hope that answers your question.

I tolerate her like I tolerate my younger sister. My sister is also extremely close minded and annoying as hell, and she only does what she wants to do. So... I simply ignore Sera, and say yes/nod in all the right places. The only thing that truly irks me about her character is her closemindedness... even with proof of something, she's in complete denial. I didn't like the way she treated my Lavellan after having the tattoos removed. It was just a low blow, even if I agreed that every thing was stupid. It might be a 'fancy dress', but that 'fancy dress' was 'sewn' somewhere.
Now if there's a character I truly hate... it's Vivienne. I don't even recruit her. I now enjoy my balcony overlooking the courtyard in peace, and all my furniture stays where it's supposed to. I would have loved an option to boot her out after that.

Vivianne is harsh because the Inquisitor needs to be able to keep up with the Great Game or get a knife in the spine. She's very upfront about it.
Sera hides her bitchiness behind her childish exterior, reminding me very much of a real life abusive "friendship". That hits a little too close to the heart.
