I actually did that too (when the game was still hot 3 years ago and the mods were really watching, and all I got was a slap on the wrist. One of the devs or mods said something like

"even though this content can be found in the game, you can't post it on the forums...". Interesting.

Last year I was on LA's airport, when a guy sat next to me with a three year old girl in his lap. He was all slone, doing yoga positions while reading a book. After some time, the girl woke up crying. The guy calmily got a diaper from his bag, and, to my amazement, changed her with one hand, while doing some weird yoga position and reading the book at the smae time!
