Is it wearable? or NPC only like that beautiful Ferelden full-plate armour.

I don't remember

Was the Templar armor with the lion on the chest wearable? Because that was the modified Meredith Armor

I don't remember seeing it as a schematic or as loot so I am going to say no but I might be wrong.

I actually always liked separate female designs for armor, gave me another reason to play. DAI has gutted most of the tough decisions, the tactics, the skills, the dialogue, must they take my different armor sets as well? doesn't have to be boob heavy, just not the same for everyone all the time.

Yep. Especially since it is available in MP as well.

I remember when they said "You'll be able to wear pretty much any armor you see." in pre-release. Turns out we only get to wear at best 20% of the armors in the game.

Before you get into any games developed by Bioware, you have to realize and accept the fact that you will never be happy with any armor that your character equips. Because they completely suck at armor design. I'll never understand why they are so bad at it.

I actually liked the overall armor designs in this game compared to DAO and DA2

The Mass Effect team does a good job with armors.

I actually love the design of armor this time around, though DA2 has some good ones too. I'm also a fan of ME2/3's armor for Shepard, though it suffers from boob armor on femShep.

Actually, Henry VIII wasn't fat until later in life.  Most of the contemporary descriptions while he was in his 20's & 30's describe him as tall, fit, athletic, and one of the most handsome men in Europe.  Granted, some of it was probably propaganda, but it's pretty much universally agreed upon that he didn't start putting on weight until after his 2nd or 3rd marriages when he was in his late 30's and early 40's.

ETA:  Just looked it up.  He started putting on weight after he was injured in a joust in 1536 and lost mobility.  He was 45 at the time.  He died when he was 55.

I'm no historian but I haven't seen a single painting of him as a man that was less than fat, except a couple of when he was a teenager, and in most cases obese.Given that it was the job of court painters to flatter the monarch I find it highly unusual that there were none presenting him as a large but athletic man.I realize that being fat in those days was considered attractive to some people as it flaunted the wealth of the man who could live a life in which he could eat as much as he wished, but still it couldn't be that flattering.

I kinda didn't like ME's armor designs until ME3 when they started making these

Unfortunately that armor only exists with the stupid Cerberus colors in single player. Why the N7 destroyer armor isn't available for Shepard is beyond me. But in any case, it's better than the tactical wetsuits of ME1.

Not my favorite...

There's really one armor I liked in any of the Dragon Age's and I think that was Merrill's situation

It's still not my favorite, but all right.

Well, at least PC has the option of modding it.

Would have loved to have been able to customize the color of it

Kaidan and Vega also get one (why Ashley doesn't is beyond me, fits her the most)

I did as well.

My only complaint would be that there were not many options and only a small fraction of those we saw in concept art. Also, while not really a complaint...the companion characters get better looking armor than the Inquisitor. Cassandra had the best looking armor in the game. Blackwall would be my runner up.

Blackwall I tend to look over because it's basically all Grey Warden stuff, and why I would never equip the Warden scout armor. I'm a big fan of the rogue Inquisitor's leather coat.

No thank you. I like to have cool armors that are at least believable,

I prefer if people go naked than with ****** boob plate. Also naked warriors are already in game with the Avvar and surprising more believable than boob fracking plate.

Barring the helmet, I actually prefer the last one. Because it doesn't even make any pretense of protecting. The other two are every bit as utterly useless as armour, but still try to pretend they do something.

Actually, the last one does give the impression that it guards the head and arms, so that is incorrect. If we're going to go down the useless-but-aesthetically-pleasing route, we may as well go all the way. No armor, not a single piece. Just a g-string and a barely-there top that pretty much just covers the nipples. Add in some jiggly physics and we're all set to go.

I'd like to start a drive to force IB to wear some realistic armor then :P

I don't think this is believable armor at all but somehow it has the title "Knight's.." blah blah.. Looks cool though!

Kestrel chest plate.  Though it is either from a DLC or came as a perk with the collector edition.  Can't remember which.

My level 80, I am currently farming cursed depth 5 chalice dungeons in BB. I call him a Knight Templar (no relation to the Templars in Thedas..)

But still, they don't have armor armor in that game which is fine. I like to look cool in my own eyes when I play a character.
