Excellent read, thanks for that. XD
Well, you have to admit. He's, ah. Persistent?
Obsessed to a very unhealthy degree

Why are these threads so popular anyway? I just don't get it.
I have more. SUPER.

It's like that old trainwreck idiom.
Fascination? Morbid curiosity?
EDIT: Ninja'd.
The following armor has been deemed as offensive to men due to the appearnace of a man's chest and ab muscles, most likely due to males having chest & ab muscles beneathe.
I think it looks immersive though and captures the imagination.
The same goes for female armor. I like the cosmetic outline that captures how women look underneath the armor.
CONCLUSION
Include both realistic & fantasy breast/muscle/chest/abs plate armor for men & women in Dragon Age 4, thank you. That way people can CHOOSE, it's called CHOICE.
You almost had me for a moment! The only way to have male boob armor is to basically have the male companions walk around in their small clothes.

I think the writers said it all, and I doubt they are going to change their minds:
Iron Bull: Rah... that's some good armor.Cassandra: Are you referring to me?Iron Bull: Some high-ranking women wore ornamental crap with t*ts hammered into it. One good shot, and all that cleavage gets knocked right into the sternum. Real messy. Good on you for going practical.Cassandra: I aim to please.Iron Bull: Leave something to the imagination too.
Pretty hypocritical coming from the guy who runs around the battlefield topless. ![]()
Holy hell. Yep, I'm with Ares. The guy is nuts.
Edit: The responses are golden though. People think the BSN can get mean...wow.
Kinda hilarious he got banned from there too

I needed a laugh today ![]()
I find vanilla Skyrim armor extremely offensive.

I find cheese super extremely offensive.

As does the rest of his men of his race. The design team is keeping Iron Bull's lack of armor consistent with every other Qunari male except for Sten. Who was made before the final designs of the Qunari were done. He looks like a human with purple eyes and dreadlocked hair.
Mind showing me where the examples of all the female warriors in boob armor in DA? Because I just did a google search and that kind of boob armor that the OP wants was never in the game in the first place. Yes, you had boob window armor for the rogues and mages. They've never had it for the warriors.
The DA games don't need something like this. This is exactly what mods are for.
Now I'm waiting for the OP to try to tell me how much Bethesda loves their modding community. So much so that they tried to tell people to pay for mods. They changed their minds in less than 48 hours.
Imagine if VickVeel spent all the time he does trolling the forums instead being a productive and helpful member of society. Every individual carries so much potential, and his "passion" is wasted on stupid sh!t. ![]()

No, they wear armor when they think they are at war, according to The Iron Bull. I guess battling a demon, Venatori, and Red Templar army doesn't count as a war.
Here's one. The Heavy Chainmail armor set from Origins. It is classified as heavy armor.
And then there was Meredith's armor.

Unless his skin is a unique hybrid special skin that can deflect arrows where normal human skin can't, I'm with Hanako on this one... a half naked man with complete chest exposure complimenting Cassandra on her attention to pragmatism with armor is kind of absurd.
Anyway I'm dangerously close to getting involved in one of these threads again so I'll (hopefully) just say there is something to be said for nice looking armor or clothes, period. I've seen half naked stuff that's pretty disgusting and full plate that is pretty appealing, it just depends on the overall aesthetic combination.
Okay, one set of armor in 3 games. I'll grant you that. So, why does it need to make any sort of comeback? Because it looks so much nicer? I never wore it, I preferred the look of the countless other sets of armor that didn't have boobs on it. One set of armor is worth this "comeback?"
Meredith's armor doesn't show some perfectly round breasts hammered into it like what the rather nutty OP wants. It looks a lot like Cassandra's armor, actually.

There is a ton of games out there that have art styles perfect for boob armor. I think the OP needs to play those instead. That isn't a "go play a dating sim" crack either, since some of those games are very good. I just think that the OP needs to leave this, and the PoE forums alone. As well as leave David Gaider alone. The writers put in a few rough ideas, and the design team does the rest. I think people need to complain to the design team for choosing this, not the writers for daring to agree with it. Or blaming "feminism." I'm wondering if they folks that claim that have actually talked to a feminist on the forums, or if everything they know from feminism comes from extreme sources such as Anita.
Hell, Dragon Age is one of the few fantasy games that doesn't have a lot boob plate armor, and hasn't since 2009. The series has been just fine without it.
And no, he didn't see this as war. In their very strict eyes, it isn't. War for a Quanri is invading Thedas in a holy battle. What Iron Bull is doing is battling an ancient enemy on the field of battle. If the Qunari go to war, it'll be something like Dragon Age 4: The Exalted March.
DAO apparently had some design like that, and a little of that in DA2. What's with the resistance? Just to spite the OP?
Pretty hypocritical coming from the guy who runs around the battlefield topless.
Beat me to it.

After quick search I uploaded few of my old screenshots. I can dig more but the point is, there are lot of them.
