Wraiths:  The mooks of the Demon world, poison, cold and fire.  Easily dispatched most of the time, the fire ones can be a pain as the continual can take down or seriously hurt a character with lower health.  (Easy)

Rage Demon:  Just a big gob of walking fire with a fair bit of hit points.  He doesn't seem to use his fire breath that often and is normally an easy target taken down with little threat.  (Easy)

Pride Demon:  I'm big!  I use a lighting whip RAWR!  I am also pathetically easy!  This guy is supposed to be a semi boss and I rarely call for an enemy buff but he's a big fat marshmallow easily brought down by even brittle characters.  (Too Easy)

Fear Demons:  Blinky things that phase in and out.  The move slow enough that they are normally not a huge threat.  If they do get past the front defense and get alone on a less beefy character they can e a big problem.  They also last just long enough to be a pain to get rid of when you are fighting other things.  (Moderate)

Terror Demon:  The little brother of the Demon Commander, the also like to pop out of the ground and knock you on your ass.  Normally this is a mere annoyance as they do not fear you and are easily killed.  The one addendum to this is wave 5 when they become very dangerous.  If they come in an knock you down, especially when the DC is around you or you are being pelted by range attacks you can be without a spell cast or attack for a few rounds and thus end up going down.  (Moderate)

Despair Demon:  I often use the term 'Little Bit***s' for these things.  Massively annoying, can be fatal if you are caught in the frost face attack.  They bounce around all over the place, are tough to kill and can hit you through 5 feet of wall with range attack.  I hate them with a passion but do think they are a well designed opponent.  (Tough)

Envy Demon:  Aka Demon Commander, Aka butt Demon:  The speed of their through the ground jumps, the fear aura and their general mobility make them a tough task in most cases.  There are times when you take them out in no time and wonder what all the fuss is but they can lay waste to a group in record time as well depending on who they decide to aggro.  If my fighter types are not being aggro'd I find I end up chasing them all over the map just getting their in time for one swing before I get feared.  Of themselves they can be manageable but their attacks make you very vulnerable to the rest of the demons on the last level.  (Tough)

Have at me, tell me I am full of it!  I double dog dare you.

Fear demon: Quit playing in stealth so I can kill you.

Despair: Just knock them down or let ranged teammates handle them

Commander: Use a spirit resistance tonic. Trivializes the whole fight.

Demons are the easiest faction imo just for the lack of archers.

I actually have not found that at all, unless you are the person totally drawing all aggro.  Half the time you gulp a spirit potion and he just blinks around attacking others.

When you use a resistance tonic all party members within 2 meters get the effect as well. So if you use it when placing the inquisition banner, your whole team is resistant to his ranged and surprise groundjump attacks for two and a half minutes. Well enough time to take him down.

The pride demon is pretty much dead before he gets to you most times. So sad.

Anyone that played the Singleplayer (especially Nightmare difficulty) knows to fear them. I'm not sure how that didn't carry over to Multiplayer.

You can excuse me, it maybe for my promotions, or for my spamming of Longshot every 3 seconds, but none of the demons are Tough to me at this point.

Well maybe they were like that in the past..... but right now DC is the only annoying S*** of all of them.

Why is there a lack of desire demons in DAI? Could be cool, The could even charm one of your party.

They did plan to put desire demons in, but playtesting resulted in too much f*pping.

There are also electric wraiths, those nearby a Pride Demon.

Granted, Pride doesn't stand up long enough for his wraiths to stick around for long, but...

I don't like them, making me use other abilities aside from CL to kill them!

It's funny, me and a friend also call them "B*tch Demon".

They are (that's not hyperbole) the sole reason I sometimes go with Hook & Tackle + Leaping Shot:

Had a game last night playing a Lego and with me was an elementalist.  Had to face THREE of those silly frost cows at once.  It was not fun at all.  My hand was nothing but a deformed claw by the end of the encounter.

+1 here.  Honestly, I've died/potted more times to Rage Wraiths than...probably every other Room 1-4 Demon combined.  Way harder than Envy Demons, imo, because almost every class has some way to absolutely dunk Envies with CC cleanse.  Much harder to cleanse a DoT than CC and even if you do, it just gets reapplied all over again.

Hard you say?

Mages: Fade cloak

Rogues: Stealth, archer is doomed to burn.

1h warriors: block the projectile, walking fortress, spell purge.

2h warriors: burn.

By all means, correct me if I'm wrong.

Well, harder than everything else on the list--except maybe Despair demons.  Since almost everything on your list and a few things that aren't (Leaping Shot) counters Terrors even harder than Fire Wraiths.  Thus my point, if you read my post, on how I consider Rage + Wraiths more threatening than Envy Demons, which're rated as the hardest enemies there.

Plus I'm not sure I'd count Walking Fortress as a counter to Fire Wraith damage, making it relatively easier than other stuff...

Oh, I might have been a bit hasty with my post. Yeah the DC is pretty easy if dealt with properly, I guess my point is that the same can be said for fire wraiths. I think that if the rage demon is killed the wraiths turn "normal"? Same applies to despair and pride demons ofc.

I put walking fortress in there because it negates all damage, including dots.
