How dare you!  I'll have you know that there was an accident involving a varren, a missing manifold, and some peanut butter.  The limb was built around the manifold already embedded deep into my arm by that point.

 

It's got varren claws sticking out of it and a secret compartment for ryncol.  You tell me no Krogan would want such a thing of beauty.

I would assume a proper replacement for a krogan would be to just graft a mounting device for his claymore. What other use would a Krogan need the "arm" for?
