I always romance Tali, and recently I learned that you could bring Legion on her loyalty mission and still get his before the crew gets abducted. However, what I was wondering is if I did this, would I still have enough time before the suicide mission to romance Tali? Because you have to go right away if you want to save the whole crew.

1) Do IFF and get Legion

2) Do Tali's trial: post-mission dialogue about trial

3) Do Legion's loyalty mission: post-mission dialogue about linking suits, romance starts

4) Kidnapping: "post-mission" dialogue where Shepard affirms that he wants to be with Tali (the kidnapping counts as a mission for purposes of advancing dialogue)

 

I did this once and it worked fine. Tali showed up in the Captain's quarters just before the suicide mission.
