- PC version; game is up-to-date

- using correct Origin account to log-in to the Keep

- world state is exported to DA:I (or is it?), the green mark shows up

- launching the game through Origin in Online mode

- the game connects to the servers (at least I think it does, there are no errors)

And that's where it ends. I try to start a new game, but it automatically chooses the default world state without even asking to import the custom one from the Keep. Talking to various NPCs in Haven confirms that it's not using my world states.

I've tried with several different world states, different browsers (IE 11, Firefox 37), made sure I'm online at all times, added both Origin client and DA:I as exceptions to my firewall and antivirus, also tried reinstalling the game. Still nothing. What's more, none of the characters I've created so far have appeared in the Playthrough States (4 different saves, all done in Haven just after the Prologue; about 24 hours have passed since then). Is there anything else I can try to fix this?
