lol, these scrubs making a big deal outta the ball thingy.... My God, so many nerds who never played the game. That was an absolute thrashing that the Pats gave to the the colts. If they were playing with nerf balls, New England still would have beat the sh!t outta them, lol.

Brady will probably get another one, they don't let defensive players hit QB's anymore so Brady can probably play into his late 30's maybe even early 40's. So he's probably got another 3 maybe 4 years of great football left.

Tom Brady did not accompany the team to the White House, citing family commitments. I wonder if he was expecting this and did not want to cause more embarrassment... Who knows. Would they have beat the Seahawks without this cheat? I have to be honest, I think they would have. It turned out he didn't even need to do this. Cheating is wrong. We'll see what happens when this ruling is appealed.

The footballs in the super bowl were provided by the NFL anyways, so yes the Seahawks lost fair and square. ![]()

i meant Bill Bellichick, not the Buffalo Bills
LOL, oops.
I thought Malcolm Brown at the tail end of 1 was a great value pick -- better version of Easley from last year. Sadly, that seems to indicate Easley was a wasted pick. The rest was a typical Patriots draft. They have their system. It works for them, so, hard to argue much.
On a side-note, I love the relationship the Pats' front-office seems to have with Green Bay's. Seems like they see each other as trusty trade-partners in the draft. We traded up to your spot in 5 for virtually nothing! Dunno if Hundley will ever amount to much at QB, but if anyone can make it click for him, it's Mac.

Oh, and the NFL's punishment of Brady/the Pats is a joke. I mean, seriously -- harsher punishment for softened footballs than PEDs? A pure and utter joke.
Silver lining: we get a long look at Jimmy Garoppolo (high hopes for the kid).

Yeah, I did not feel like digging for it either.
This thread is just a placeholder, as I am expecting you will make one when the regular-season starts anyway.
I am HYR2.0, by the way. I frequented the last thread, Packer fan. I just changed my username.

Projected starters: Seattle Seahawks

» The offensive line is the most glaring weak spot on the reigning NFC champions' roster. Even with the drafting of three offensive linemen, former backups Alvin Bailey and Lemuel Jeanpierre appear to be the favorites to take over left guard and center, respectively, following the losses of James Carpenter and Max Unger.
» Although Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse return as the starters, the No. 3 receiver job is up for grabs. By way of his size and wingspan, Super Bowl hero Chris Matthews may have the edge on Paul Richardson and third-round pick Tyler Lockett.
» It's status quo on the front seven, which means second-round pick Frank Clark will start his career in a backup role.
» The cornerback depth chart is in flux, with veteran Cary Williams replacing Byron Maxwell opposite Richard Sherman. Former Jaguars veteran Will Blackmon will likely start out as the nickleback, as Jeremy Lane (knee) is a candidate for the PUP list.
