Anyone else receive this email today? I am not seeing the "shadowed chest" under the free tab at this time and am curious to see if it will just be the usual free chest (like the victory chests) which are typically full of useless junk or if it will actually be something interesting.

Here you will see any free chests available to you that have not been opened yet
Open the 'Shadowed Chest’

I got this email as well, and no Chest in the free tab for me either.

Got the same thing today, I think we'll be getting it ones the patch hits on May 5th, but not sure. Guys at Bioware/EA couldn't tell me anything at all when they called me, said it was not anywhere in their data base information.

Yeah I checked into this and got nothing too. I assume another email will be sent out when this is fixed?

I have received the email and I still haven't found that shadowed chest. Do I need to do anything special?

They had to redo a process that takes a bit of time so they'll slowly be rolling out to accounts. Let me know if you still don't have it tomorrow. Also, just in case, ensure that the account you signed up with is the same as your origin account you're using for DAI.

Shadowed Chest dropped for me this morning.   

Several potions, couple of weapons, an armour upgrade... Not bad for an unexpected "thank you".

I checked my email just to be sure both matched and they did. I got my email yesterday as well and no chest yet for me either.
