Anyone else receive this email today? I am not seeing the "shadowed chest" under the free tab at this time and am curious to see if it will just be the usual free chest (like the victory chests) which are typically full of useless junk or if it will actually be something interesting.

Select "Multiplayer"
Select "Store"
You will be brought automatically to the "FREE" tab
Here you will see any free chests available to you that have not been opened yet
Open the 'Shadowed Chest’

Yeah I checked into this and got nothing too. I assume another email will be sent out when this is fixed?

 

I'll post an update in here once I see confirmation that it is working properly for everyone.

Sounds like these should start appearing over the next few hours for everyone that got the email.

They had to redo a process that takes a bit of time so they'll slowly be rolling out to accounts. Let me know if you still don't have it tomorrow. Also, just in case, ensure that the account you signed up with is the same as your origin account you're using for DAI.

We're tracking down what happened here.  It might be a few days to sort it out because of Dragonslayer DLC coming at the same time.

Still being looked at. Ran in to a bit of an issue so we've decided to come up with a better solution before we attempt to roll them out again.

Yep, still being looked at. Took a bit longer than we hoped due to the launch last week but it should be resolved very soon.
