Yeah, I don't have mine either. I figured it would be a good time to actually try multi-player but didn't see any chest. I don't usually follow the forums so I tried contacting customer support and the "DA:I specialist team" told me that they had no knowledge of any such offerings at this time and sent me on my way.

Still don't have mine on Xbox One. Rushing just means more people get left out, so I'm not concerned about the timeframe, and I didn't plan on opening it until after the DLC is available anyway.

Yep, still being looked at. Took a bit longer than we hoped due to the launch last week but it should be resolved very soon.
