So I entered this thread, tempted by it's title.

 

"OMG, ISABELA, MY HAWKE GF! New story, new lore! So exciting!!" I thought.

 

And then I read 'multiplayer'.

I'm so heartbroken right now.

But at least Izzy still looks hot, that's a good news.

The multiplayer is fun, I'm looking forward to hearing Isabella chatting to the other party members, that's hardly a waste

and it's good to see her back. Why on earth would a chance to play her again upset people?

 

I hope future DLC brings back more characters into the multiplayer as agents.

Zither and Isabela are way funnier. The tension between those two is brilliant.

To be fair, they do do some questionable things (think key bug which totally broke the MP for a couple of months while they were all on holiday). Though its not like any company can ever please anyone, especially with video games.

If Gaider still worked on the DA team it might have been so. But sadly, he doesn't anymore and confirmed himself that it is for a book, not the games.

Well, to be fair, Isabela was originally written by Sheryl Chee - who writes the MP characters as well.

 

I get that people would rather have had her involved with Inquisitor shenanigans, but at least she'll be as awesome as we're used to.

 

(Also you can buy orders for the Felicissima Armada to attack random strategic targets at the "influence booth" in the courtyard, so it kinda makes sense for her to appear as sort of an independent contractor.)
