Would be nice if Bioware games included a crash reporter to get these things solved.

Having this same problem at the same location. The game was working great until I got to the cinematic with the Normandy (just after the Freedom's Progress mission). Once I get to the loading screen it just hangs there until I restart my computer.

Anyone know of a fix?
