Isabela in the MP is Headcanon Breaking (or where the OP is clearly overreacting because he cares too much about Izzy?)

Please don't use that card, because it's weak. Isabela is one of my favorite characters in DA2 and I have no issues with her in MP, and I think her writer is doing her lines also(?)

Yes they did, but she could either be a MP only character or they might have more plans for her outside of that

That could happen, but I'm not holding out hope for it. I don't have much faith in BioWare when it comes to future content.

If you're talking about the self-pity card, forget it because that wasn't my intention. We both like her for different reasons and I respect that you want her in the MP, but please respect my reasons of not wanting her there. That's all I'm asking.

I don't care much about MP, but at least this shows that Bioware did spend time on her model and maybe, just maybe, they will add her in a SP DLC.

It is also an easy way to make money. Her model is ready, so why just don't put her in a SP DLC? I am sure her fans (including me) would buy the DLC.

On the lore part, my headcanon is this MP DLC happens when Hawke is helping the inquisition. So while waiting for Hawke, she decides to join whatever is going on in the MP DLC.

Eh... not a bad headcanon. Though I always figured all those MP things happened through the whole game. But yeah, I can see where it could actually "fit" in the Inquisition story.

Who said I wanted her in MP? I said I didn't have a problem with it because it's too early to judge and that she might appear in SP DLC or future games also. And I do respect your reason though I don't agree with them and find them a bit overreacting

I'm glad the development team finally noticed that Dragon Age Inquisition has multiplayer.

Personally I just assumed anything to do with multiplayer was non-canon. I always took the game mode to be there for giggles and to try and quell the people asking for a multiplayer mode.

And y'know, For Microtransactions. more potential hours of gameplay.

I'm surprised Isabela would agree to serve as peon to the Inquisition after Hawke was left behind in the Fade.

I was thinking the Inquisitor wouild have to watch his balls very closely.

Maybe there's a Free Hawke DLC and the LI's (minus Anders) show up :P

Maybe she worked before. Or she wanted to be trusted enough to get close to the Inquisitor :P .
Not a problem in my canon Though (sorry Loghain :().

Back when I first finished the game, I wanted to play a post-game DLC where we are playing as Hawke, wherever they are. Eighter in route for Weisshaupt or stuck in the fade. This would lead us to the common main quest of the DLC which would be something else, like a Witch Hunt for you know who with the Inquisitor as the real playable character. That would make Hawke a permanent playable character from there and he or she would remain there for the remain of the game. If the Witch Haunt can't be done with this DLC, it could be something even bigger and it could slightly affect the endings stills at the end of the game. Just my ideas.

I always leave the Warden behind when that situation calls for it, been through the scene four times now and it doesn't change. I managed to make my Hawke just as much like a Ken doll as I did in my 'perfect' DA 2 run and I wasn't letting them just take him away. Isabela shall have her man :P

I think the only Hawke I would leave behind is any Hawke that lost all his family members and probably never romanced anyone.

So long as she is not the only one, I'm happy. If she is, then I feel like Hawke's comment on her whereabouts and situation needs to be changed in single player to reflect her appearance in Multiplayer. If a lot of the other characters appear in Multiplayer as well (even if there is no need or physically impossible), then I'll just take it as if it (Multiplayer) is completely separate from the Dragon Age story.

Meh, I consider DAI's MP to be as canon as ME3's MP (which is to say, not really)

So any Isabela headcanon is still intact.

Hmm. I might Import a Hawke that rival romanced Anders and killed him for that.

I'm still a bit disgusted with the fact they recycled EDI to make that Infiltrator Unit...

Perhaps MP is a way of bringing back the Warden, they could wear a helmet and be a 'silent type'.

Everyone happy  :P

I can't imagine them using any other SP characters in MP. Isabela is one of the only companions in among the Origins and DA2 cast that can't be killed...

Unless they somehow get Aveline in there.

Speaking as someone who has had zero interest in playing MP (particularly since it wasn't practically forced on us by gimping SP if one didn't) and also as someone who really enjoyed Isabela as a character in DAO and DA2, I really have to say I don't see what the harm is here.  In fact, if anything it may actually prompt me to fire up MP just to enjoy getting to interact with her again.

Anyway, if Isabela will now be randomly chatting to other agents on the battlements, she will not be far from where Hawke hangs out on the battlements. And she may know Leliana intimately, so why shouldn't she help the Inquisition when called.
