You need to log into your DA account when the game starts. Consoles should be linked and for PC I'm always logged in.

 

I think I might've had a different e-mail originally linked to my other games. ugh I'm trying to fix it. Thanks though!!

fffhhhnggh I'm furious. I still don't know why I don't have the new thrones. I only today found the Red Lyrium weapons pack, went through the quest - the items all appeared in Skyhold with no problem. Okay. Apparently, my account works fine. 

Surely it shouldn't matter that my DAO is the Ultimate Edition? And that all three games were bought and played only after the beginning of this year (yeah, yeah, same account for all three)?

Like, absolutely no idea what's the matter. I asked tech support if I were not worthy of these thrones and they said I was having problems with FIFA, lol wth

I suppose, if they could answer with "Eh, we don't know" then that's what it was, since undoubtedly there's no template for "Am I worthy" questions, lol. Although that would've been fun. "Yes, dear customer, you are worthy of having the Legacy thrones. We hereby grant you permission to install these items in your throne room. May the Maker watch over you. Signed, tech support."

 

Anyhow, at this point I am 100% certain that on my side everything works well. This isn't even a problem of my precious self not owning an item anymore. I'm more concerned why the thing doesn't work and should it even work in my case.

Don't even bother with tech support. I just got the high hearty "FU" when I asked about it. I have DAO, but it wasn't installed when I installed DAI.  I didn't want to carry anything over becuase I had forgotten most of the story anyway.  Then I found out about the thrones, and linked up my account, even reinstalled DAO......nothing helped.   So, upon contacting tech support, they stated it was a "one time thing" that the thrones were granted (which is total bullshit, because they were part of patch 7). I was expecting them to tell me that I would need to reinstall, or reapply patches......that was actually why I contacted them, to find out the proper procedure so as not to mess everything up. Instead......I was told, too bad, so sad.  I asked him how likely he thought I would be to purchase the two remaining DAI DLCs which I have yet to pick up and he didn't have an answer for that!

 

Sorry Loridb....I'm in the same boat. If you ever get it worked out please let us know what you did.

On the subject of thrones, does anybody know what the throne accessories that you can get in war table operations are? I've never noticed them adding anything to their respective thrones.

The throne accessories add some extra 'decorations' to the throne. For example the Andrastian throne starts off with just the throne itself, first accessory adds flames on the left and right, second accessory adds incense holders on both sides of the thrones. For the Fereldan shields it adds wolf carvings and a shield, then hound carvings on each side of the shield.

What do I have to buy to get the Legacy Kirkwall Throne?  Who do I have to bribe?  I already have all 3 games, purchased through Origin, with every single DLC for each.  I've started a PT where I didn't use the golden nug yet, in case it conflicted with this.  I've visited Xeon in his Emporium several times now.  I even removed and uninstalled the BE.  And I have the Legacy Ferelden throne - but *not* the Kirkwall one...  This is so fracking aggravating!
