Nintendo Life has posted a video of early "gameplay" footage that the team claims was completed in three months.

Looks more like proof-of-concept testing more than gameplay footage, but if they've done this much in only three months they are handling things really well.

Hmm.. I just might pledge to this Kickstarter. The soundtrack is definitely Banjo & Kazooie, love it.

Almost 700% funded already, bloody impressive.

Really curious to see what other games are in store for this universe; next game better be their DKC equivalent.

Have they managed to get Snoop Dogg on board as well?

Given that Sucker Punch & Naughty Dog are too busy making edgy stories about people being grim, which leaves only Insomniac still doing Ratchet & Clank; I'm excited for it, as it's always nice with some more 3D platformers, my favorite genre when I was young.

I really hope this game will be good.

I wish ND would return to Jak and Dex....

Buddy-duo platformers are always great fun when done well (Donkey kong Country, Banjo,-Kazooie, Jak and Dex and Ratchet and Clank stand out) this looks very promising, more so with these developers doing it.

The Jak and Daxter games are ridiculously overrated. Of the PS2 mascot platformers the Ratchet & Clank and Sly games are so much better.

Alright I'm sold.

And who says this gets sued to **** by Rare?

Rare has no legal ground to stand on. Just because this looks similar to Banjo-Kazooie means nothing. If they where a bear and a bird they would have legal grounds, they don't.

Man, it's good to have money and publicity. This is doing a lot better than my little kickstarter.

I hope it releases for something other than the WiiU.

If I had the money to spare I definitely would.

This is one of the rare times where I actually have nostalgia for a game.

No thanks, I actually have a good taste in games :/

If it doesn't have explosions, gunfights, swordfights, lightsaber duels or erotic love scenes, I might as well be watching TV :S

The one million quid stretch goal was for a simultaneous release for PC, Wii U, Xbox One and PS4. Full multiplatform. :P

I'm a little surprised that a kickstarter for a platormer did so well so quickly... pleasantly surprised though.

I never did play Banjo, so it'll be nice to get a taste of what all the fuss was about. That and Its been a while since I've played a quality platformer, so hopefully this delivers.

And this is also good stuff.

The true sequel to Banjo Tooie!

We never really got a Banjo Threeie like Grunty promised.
