I've only done Josephine, Cassandra, Iron Bull, and Solas romances. Out of those four I'd say Solas and then Cassandra are my favorites. Wanting to do a Dorian romance on my 5th playthrough flirting with him on my fem Qunari was hilarious.
I like Cassandra more as a friend than romance, and Josie's romance is so cheesy, so my poor canon Inquisitor when I eventually do the run will more than likely be single.
