Im starting a new game in DAI but the keep seems to be broken and I cant change my world state every time I try it crashes out, also seems to be doing this if I try to make any amendments to the tapestry. Any ideas how to get around this. This keep thing is the second worst idea bioware have ever come up with.

Actually its an opinion and not a generalisation and there was nothing rude about it. The Keep is a terrible idea. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the import save game files system that bioware was using for DA2, ME2 and ME3.
The Keep on the other hand forces you to spend hours correcting the decisions you already made while playing these games because it's still buggy as hell and that's when it works at all.
This is where my problem lies, I log choose to change my world state and it instantly throws me back out to the login screen so I'm Stuck with using the currently saved World state or the default one.
I hope this is specific enough now.

There was plenty wrong with the old import system. Including having new consoles and the fact that flags didn't transfer properly.
USe the keep on another browser

A few things:
- Nothing wrong with import files? How would I import the DA2 save file from my Xbox 360 to my Xbox One?
- The Keep does not upload your save game, that's not how it works, you are making your world state, not correcting it.
- Buggy? Not in my experience, what sort of browser are you using? Have you tried a different one?

Im using Internet explorer, the lastest version which is 11 or 12, can't quite remember which. Ill give something else a go but IE is supported from 10 upwards so this shouldn't be an issue.

Chrome is the recommended browser, should work sweetly on there.

I can appreciate the immediacy of save game transfer, but there are many things going for the Keep.
Shame you had an initial bad experience.
What was the 'worst' idea BioWare has come up with, if the Keep is the 'second worst'?
