Hey guys. I was going to slay the Vinsomer dragon that I know is on the Storm Coast. But, when I tried to go there from Driftwood Margin Camp, the dwarven tunnels were shut. So I ask this; how do you open the dwarven tunnels to Dragon Island? The one where you sail a boat to the island.

You have to be level 15 or 16, can't remember, and a war table mission will unlock to open that area.

A war table unlocks the area, and from there you get a mission to clear it. Once that's done, you can access the boat to the island.

I'm not sure if there is a level requirement (like MyKingdomCold mentioned) or if you need to advance the main story to a certain point to unlock the war table mission, but i'm sure it will eventually show up.
